We understand moving into a new place can be costly so we are keen to manage your expectations by outlining what exactly you can expect to pay from the very beginning.
Your Tenancy Costs
To secure the property and take it off the market, we require a holding deposit of 50% of first months rent, this reserves the property and will be deducted from the final account at the start of the tenancy. It will be forfeit if you wish to withdraw from the letting of the property before the start of the tenancy or where unsatisfactory references are received.
To set up your tenancy
Set up Fee: £310.00 incl. VAT (per tenancy) - This is a fixed cost fee that covers a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references and drawing up contracts. This charge is applicable per tenancy, and not per individual tenant.
Guarantor Referencing: £100.00 incl. VAT (per person)
Company Let Fee: £300 incl. VAT
Before you move in
Security Deposit: 1.5 months rent / 2 months rent (pets)
The first payment of one months’ rent in advance is due in cleared funds prior to the date of taking possession.
